Kelly O’Neal joined Floridian Partners as the Director of Operations in 2005. In this role, she handles our accounting, human resources and manages the Tallahassee office. Kelly has worked in the legislative field since 1995. She lives in Tallahassee with her husband and two dogs, Chevy and Blue. Her two daughters, Devin and Riley, attend college at Florida State University – Panama City and the University of South Florida – Tampa.
