Hunter Flack joined Floridian Partners in June of 2024 as Director of Legislative and External Affairs. Leveraging his success in political campaigns and experience in strategic planning, coalition building, and legislative policy analysis, Hunter maps and plows pathways to victory for our clients’ goals.
Before joining Floridian Partners, Hunter served as a senior legislative aide to State Senator Joe Gruters, where he worked with diverse private and public stakeholders on a wide range of legislative issues relating to budget and policy. He now continues to support Senator Gruters, serving concurrently in an aide capacity in his role as Chairman of the Republican National Committee.
During election cycles, Flack has worked on campaigns for former House Speaker Chris Sprowls and former Rep. Chris Latvala. He has also managed campaigns for Manatee County Commissioners Mike Rahn and Amanda Ballard. Flack began his career at VISIT FLORIDA.
Hunter was born in Tallahassee but spent many of his formative years in St. Petersburg, Florida. He returned to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University, where he graduated with a degree in Marketing.
When he is not in the Capitol, advising on campaigns, or meeting with donors, Hunter enjoys rooting on his alma mater, playing golf, or adventuring with his wife, Emily, and their dog, Bogey.
